Chart Library Enhancements

The issue with producing spreads, overlays and ratios has now been corrected so that it is now possible to create these types of charts via the Charting function. We are now moving on to recreating the Relative Charts section from the old library.

Additionally, when an overlay chart is created a colour coded legend appears to indicate which line is which.
