On WikiLeaks concerning "a major international bank":
"At least one commentator has reported that the threatened release by Wikkileaks of cables showing the true financial situation of a major international bank, could have significant implications for world equity markets. This is not an issue that has attracted your attention.
Do you have an opinion on this topic?"
David Fuller's view Yes I do. WikiLeaks has demonstrated a capacity to occasionally surprise with a diplomatic or undiplomatic revelation. As such, it is dealing mainly with opinions rather than facts. One should never underestimate the skulduggery of banks but I doubt that WikiLeaks would be in a better position to reveal this than the markets themselves.
