on saving customised ratio charts:
"I'm sorry I can't find an answer to this in the 'manual'. I have plotted PLAT/AUD to give me a price of platinum in AUD. How on earth do I save this chart to Favourites?"

Eoin Treacy's view hank you for this question which may be of interest to other subscribers. At present it is not possible to save custom charts you have created as fixed items in your Favourites. However, you can save the operation as a Preset template, which in your case is to create a ratio with the Australian Dollar (AUD) spot rate as the denominator. You can do this by creating the Platinum / (USD/AUD) chart as normal using the Charting Tool and save it as a Preset Template. Once you refresh the page, this will create a new chart template in the Chart dropdown menu right at the top of the page which will allow you to re-denominate any US Dollar instrument to Australian Dollars whenever you wish. (Here are detailed instructions on how this is achieved).

For your purposes you could add platinum to your Favourites and use the new chart template whenever you want to see platinum or anything else redenominated to Australian Dollars. Alternatively, fixed charts of oil, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, the Dow Jones Industrials Average, S&P 500, Nasdaq Composite, FTSE-100, Topix, Sensex, Goldbugs, Continuous Commodity Index and Copper in Australian Dollars can all be found in the Relative Charts section of the Chart Library.
