The amount I am thinking of investing is well below what would be required to buy a property (£10-25,000) and anyway, the costs and lack of diversification would make direct investment unattractive. I am really looking for a fund but those of which I am aware invest either solely or predominantly in commercial property. I am not permitted to trade in futures. Can you offer any suggestions?"

Eoin Treacy's view Thank you for this question which may be of interest to other subscribers. There are a large number of property related funds in the Chart Library but I'm afraid I don't know of any that invest exclusively in residential property. If the Collective know of any such funds I would be happy to add them to the Chart Library.
