"Can you help me get some research on European property/real
estate sector, in particular Germany? Thanks."

Eoin Treacy's view Thank you for this interesting question but I'm afraid, no research pertaining to European property has crossed my desk recently. Speymill Deutsche Immobilien listed in London invests in German residential property as far as I know. It appears to be forming a base but prices are so close to zero, there must be questions as to whether it will remain a viable entity.
