"Mr. Mabushani's professional background speaks for itself: he is Dean of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and was Singapore's Permanent Secretary of the Foreign Ministry (1993-1998). Before that, he served over three decades in Singapore's Foreign Service.
