The five default charts (P&F, Candlestick - 1yr daily, Candlestick - 5yr weekly, Candlestick - 10yr, Candlestick - 20yr) are all static and cannot be moved. The personalised templates you create using the Charting tool are order in alphabetical order so you can sort them by putting an appropriate letter at the beginning of the title. For example, start the title of the template you wish at the top of the list with an "a)", the second with a "b)" and so on.
