More on climate change
"I don't want to beat a dead horse in regard to the recent comments on climate change, but it seems that the focus on concensus has turned science into a democracy-the majority wins. If one looks back in history, a scientific concensus has given us, among many others, the beliefs that the earth was flat, the solar system revolved around the earth and the human body could not withstand speeds above 50 miles/hour. What seems to be lost is that good science always tries to disprove the prevailing theories. That's how real knowledge moves forward. Otherwise it's more religion than factual knowledge."
David Fuller's view A great summary and wise conclusion - many thanks.
