I have been watching Veolia Environment for some time and I think that it is now breaking out of a base formation.

Thank you for bringing Veolia back to our attention and I agree it has base formation completion characteristics. The weakness of the Euro has flattered performance somewhat but the price action is compelling nonetheless.
