Thank you for this question which comes up from time to time. The most expedient way of creating the yield curve spread in the Chart Library is to save the spread as a Preset template. That way any time you wish to view the spread all you need do is look at the Chart of the US 10yr Treasury yield and click on your yield curve spread template from the Chart: drop down menu.
