Eoin Treacy's view I opened a long in the Nikkei-225 on June 4 th in the belief that the potential for a rebound outweighed scope for a further decline. The Index found support on June 7 th above 12000 and has since rallied by approximately 2000 points. There is now some potential for a consolidation so I decided to take the profit in the hope of re-entering at a more attractive point in the next few weeks. I sold the September contract at 14442.50 against my purchase at 13,655 including spread-bet dealing costs.
