Excellent report on China

David Fuller's view On forward earnings estimates, China, represented here by the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index, offers the second best fundamental value in Asia today, in my view, after Vietnam which has been held back by currency devaluation shown by this chart of USD/VND. Presumably, this devaluation is mostly over.
