David Fuller's view I think that the "tacticals" and technicals are mildly positive, with the latter improving. However, having seen most of the important stock market indices bounce from the region of their rising 200-day moving averages, I would not want to see last month's lows retested, let alone broken. That would shift the odds away from resumption of upward trends in the not too distant future, and instead, suggest deeper corrections and further ranging beneath the recovery highs.
