Profits taken on latest long trade in lumber
David Fuller's view I bought these latest lumber trades on a breakout and the price had run ahead quickly so I decided to take the profits, rather than use breakeven or trailing stops, just in case volatility increases during this week which includes the Fed's QE2 statement and the US mid-term elections. I sold January lumber at $285.00 against purchases at $271.65 and $268.20 on 28th October. These prices include all spread-bet dealing costs.
