My personal portfolio:
Profit taken in corn long
David Fuller's view I sold my corn last Friday but was unable to report it as I was not writing on that day. With positions in three different grains, the USDA report behind us, and noticing a tendency for these markets to leapfrog each other higher, I decided to sell the stake which had rallied the most recently. My three equal-sized corn longs were sold on 14th January at $6.366 and $6.364 (twice), against purchases at $5.506, $5.774 and $6.134, on 24th November, 9th December and 10th January, respectively. These prices include all spread-bet dealing costs.
