David Fuller's view I mentioned in last night's Audio that I would probably reduce my trading portfolio a little prior to my trip to Paris, which means that I will be largely out of touch next Wednesday, Thursday and most of Friday. I sold my equal-sized platinum (weekly & daily) longs this evening, receiving $1811.9 and $1811.8 for the July contract against my rollover purchases at $1764.8 on 25th March, including all spread-bet dealing costs of $4 each way.

I may reopen platinum longs at some point after my return because I think it would follow any further gains in gold and silver.
