My personal portfolio:

Silver long trade closed at a loss

David Fuller's view This is the worst trade I have had in silver (weekly & daily) over the last decade, so I felt I should walk away until the dust settles. I still think silver is in a secular bull market, although it is currently behaving like a cyclical bear. Consequently, buying the dips, as I have done successfully in silver on so many occasions, could not have been a worse strategy this week. I sold my December silver at $30.62 this evening, against my purchases at $40.235, $39.83 and $37.205 on 20th (the first two) and 22nd September. I held onto my December gold long for the time being but it has been walloped in the last two days as well.
