David Fuller's view I have previously mentioned that I would increase the yield in my long-term investment portfolio and that Royal Dutch Shell (monthly, weekly & daily) remained a favourite. I had hoped to buy it a little lower but the performance has been steady and with the market firm today before I commence a business trip next Monday, I decided to make an initial purchase this afternoon as the B-share yield was still slightly above 5%. Accordingly, I bought more RDSB at £20.2694. I may increase this position if the share moves lower. Royal Dutch Shell is the second largest position, by weighting, in my long-term investment portfolio.
