David Fuller's view With earlier positions protected with what should be at least breakeven stops, I used this afternoon's weakness to increase my long position in Siemens (SIE GY) (weekly & daily) by a third. I paid €73.90 for another June contract, including spread-bet dealing costs of €0.51. The risks with this trade are a possible stock market consolidation in response to recent strong gains, and the spread-bet dealing costs in shares are expensive. I can justify the latter because CGT is not applicable in the UK with spread-bets.
