"It is impossible to make any sense of the chart library on my I pad.  The change is horrible.  I had charts arranged In a certain way.  That is all gone.  I cannot get weekly charts to open up as a list from my favorites.  I have to do every chart individually.  You will probably not publish this note but the chart library which was the major resource has been just destroyed.  I want MY charts to open up as I had arranged them.  I don't want your arrangement.  I am just very upset"

Thank you for making contact, I understand you are justifiably upset and let me assure you that we are working towards importing your Favourites just as they had been in the old library. The View All Charts function for Favourites has been disabled while we complete this task but we will be able to reincorporate that feature once the main issue with Favourites is resolved. We are also in the process of making changes so that the rendering of charts on iPads will be more appealing.
