“While I am sure that everyone understands that an undertaking of this magnitude could not have been accomplished without a few glitches, speaking for myself and my son, John, here at Raymond James, I can say that we think the new product is fantastic and we thank you all for it!  We can imagine that you are all working around the clock these days and we appreciate your efforts in bringing us an even better product.  When I talked with Eoin at the recent COF, he hinted to me that some nice changes and improvements would be forthcoming.  They are even better than I could have imagined!

Since Point and Figure is of particular interest to you, I hope you will be happy with how we are enhancing the production of those types of charts, which we were never fully happy with in the old system.
