My personal portfolio
A trade increased, another reopened
With Wall Street’s rally looking tired, and the Russian aggression raising understandable concerns, I decided to increase my silver longs today. Incidentally, I broke one of my old trading rules when I previously bought silver near a small recovery high on 24th & 25th February: “Don’t pay up for commodities, especially silver.” Having ridden out the pullback, short-term stochastic indicators have gone from overbought to somewhat oversold, so I bought more May silver this afternoon, paying 2213.3, including spread-bet dealing costs. This evening, I repurchased corn, paying 488.1 for the May contract, including spread-bet dealing costs.
