Yes, this was widely reported about a week ago.  The Middle East was certainly a topic of discussion at The Markets Now seminar last night.  The Saudis clearly do not want ISIS or anyone else crossing the border from Iraq into Saudi Arabia, so I think 30,000 troops in the region is a logical effort to contain the situation, at least in so far as the Saudis are concerned.
