My personal portfolio
A position reopened
This evening, I repurchased the Australian 200 Index, paying 5485.5 for the September contract. This was 1 point less than I paid when buying it at 5486.5 on 3rd July, only to have my slightly-in-the-money stop triggered on 1st August at 5495. These prices include all spread-bet dealing costs. Australia fell back with Wall Street last week and I am hoping that was an overreaction to the 2Q GDP figure of +4%, which did not lift US 10-Yr T-bond yields more than briefly.
