This is a sad tale for Brazil and also Petrobras, reported by Bloomberg: Brazil Fixated as ‘Human Bomb’ Revelations Rock Elections.

David Fuller's view

Brazil's economy and stock market will become medium to longer-term recovery candidates if Aecio Neves wins the election on October 26^th. However, the incumbent Dilma Rousseff currently holds a slight lead.
