My thanks to the author for this week's highly original and entertaining issue, published by PFP Wealth Management. Here is a brief sample

I met a fellow the other day - he struck me as something of a pompous windbag - harrumphing along through life and mostly ignorant of economics and economic history, not ashamed to resort to sarcasm, ad hominem insults, and all the tools at the disposal of a barrack-room lawyer. Then I realised I was looking in a mirror.

David Fuller's view I laughed out loud on reading the last sentence, but this is also an extremely helpful reminder. Which of us has not made fools out of ourselves by clinging to views that are unsubstantiated by market action?
