"Re: Moves in Nokia, MIMC, Financial ETF Spur Trade Error Concern - I'm not normally a conspiracy theorist (although it's sometimes fun to be one), but might the Iranians (or some other trouble-makers) be responsible? The answer obviously is to bring back 'open outcry' ....."

David Fuller's view HFT mayhem in our markets, along with other mischief makers we could name, but many of our worst problems are created within our own countries. This is certainly true of HFT.
